This policy explains what information Bassett Bro Landscaping collects through bassettbrolandscaping.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you request a quote or contact us through our website, we collect the information you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number, location, budget, any file you choose to upload, and your message about your project.

We use this information only to respond to you, prepare your estimate, and schedule and complete your project. Form submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify, and a copy is emailed to us using a form delivery service called FormSubmit.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use our website, such as which pages are visited, the type of device used, the general location (city or region), and the website that referred you. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. This information is reported to us in summary form and does not tell us who you are.

When someone visits our site, we may also receive a notification showing the page visited, the approximate city, the type of device and the referring website. This helps us know when people are looking at our services. It does not include your name or contact details.

What we don’t do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it with the service providers listed above, as needed to run our website and respond to you, or if required by law.

Links to other websites

Our site links to our pages on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google Maps. Those websites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. If you would like us to update or delete information you sent us through our website, contact us using the details below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.

• Pages are built to work on phones, tablets and computers, and with browser zoom.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we keep improving the site as we add to it.
